The vulvar lesion could be many things, including herpes. The only way to know for sure it have your physician look at the area when it is sore. As for the dysplasia, the pap indicates that you have an abnormality of the cervix that is a precancerous lesion. The colposcopy confirms the diagnosis and helps determine the appropriate treatment... Lynn
