Worried about endometriousFrom: Aly (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 17 Nov 2001 23:36:11 -0600 (CST)
I have been cramping for sometime now. Really bad. I feel it in my back also. My OB/GYN said without clinically diagnosing (Surgery), that all of my signs point to endometrious. I was on the pill but was having increasing pain so she decided to try deprovera shots every 3 monthes. I recieved my first one in Sept. of this year. I am still cramping and it's getting worse. I have been taking tylonel and vioxx. Not working. I have tried a heating pad also. I have not had a period since the shot. But I don't know how long this is going to take before the cramping stops. It just seems like it's getting worse. I spoke with my OB/GYN nurse and she said to continue taking Tylonel. I am just really scared. It's interfering with the sex life of my husband and I. It does hurt sometime to have intercouse. And I have also been discharging more and more. Please give me some insight. I would appreciate any help. Thanks ahead of time.
