I have endo also. I was on Depo-provera for 10 months taking one shot a month for ovulation suppression. For me, I had only a very light period the first month I was on the shot, no bleeding of any kind after that. I had the normal menopausal symptoms, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, some sleep disturbances. Also I experienced depression not sure if it was because of the shot, or just because my hormones where all "out of whack". For me, it was a pretty good experience which gave some pain relief.
