Menses changingFrom: Alice (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 5 Nov 2001 06:12:17 -0600 (CST)
I am 39 years old and have been having on and of post coital bleeding for two years. Had lots of tests done and they have come up with nothing. The lasts six months I have noticed thatr my period comes a little of early, and takes three days to kick in.I spot for two or three days, then I flow for two(light),then it ends the same way it starts. My doc says this is normal. My periods never took that long to start up before.I am wondering if this has anything to do with my post coital bleeding,or my periods are just changing due to perimenopause? Do these periods sound NORMAL for a woman my age.Alice
