I will tell you what I always tell patients. We do not know all there is to know about how patients acquire some of these offending organisms. Certainly chlamydia is sexually transmitted, but is it transmitted in any other manor, we don't know for sure. There is no way to keep the two of you from asking questions, but given open honest communication, do not let this issue be the sole source of a rift between the two of you... Lynn
