Shanna, There are two potential causes. The first is that if the orgasms are always associated with intercourse, the bleeding may actually be coming from the cervix, which is being hit or irritated during the intercourse. In this case, the cervix should be assessed to assure there is nothing unusual with the cervix itself. The second source could be uterine in that orgasm causes uterine contractions, which could result in some spotting... Lynn
