Fibroid or Leimyosarcoma

Via a vaginal ultrasound, I was diagnosed with mulitple fibroids one of which is calcified.

My concern is the possible malignancy of these tumours.

Is there any diagnostic test which can be done without the actual removal of the fibroid, to differentiate whether the uterine tumour is in fact a fibroid or a leimyosarcoma?

Does a fibroid appear differently on an ultrasound than a leisarcoma?

Thanking you in anticipation, Anne
