Severe dysplasia, positive margins... need second opinion

I am 29, do not have kids, do not smoke, and have just had a LEEP. It came back with severe dysplasia and positive margins. My gyn recommends to wait 3-4 months and see what the next two pap's will be like, but she also suggested getting a second opinion. I am worried because my first abnormal pap was only a year and a half ago, with low SIL, and it has progressed to high SIL, moderate dysplasia (in colpo) and now this. Is it safe to wait? What if future pap's keep being abnormal? What are my options? Thanks so much in advance.
