Hi Melissa:

I'm just wondering why you feel you "need" to lose another 20 pounds? At 5'5", 135 lbs. is a healthy wieght, and if you are only eating 1000 calories to maintain this weight then perhaps further wieght loss would be harmful to your health. Even at 1000 calories, you may not be getting all the nutrients that your body requires. This is just some advice from an old gal, but something makes me wonder if your body is trying to tell you to be content where you're at! Best wishes.
