Appearence of the lining is not a good predictor of endo CA in
premenopausal women. It is used as a screen for psotmenopausal women,
but there is a high false negative rate (thankfully) of the US. If you
have only had a few months of this problem, I would not perform a
biopsy, but try pills first. Some might want a biopsy first.
