Hi All:

To explain briefly what is going on: I had a vaginal vault/peyrera bladder suspension in Feb. of this year. The right side came down and I was having a tremendous about of leaking. My gyne referred me to a urologist. I was given a name of a good one by one of my friends. When I went to him he told me that I had a 1-2 degree prolapse of the bladder, but he wanted to do a cysto and urodynamics. (I saw him on Aug. 30 and the tests were scheduled for Sept 14). I had all the testing done and he told me that I was prolapsed further and now I have a cystocele, enterocele and rectocele. He asked me what my goal was and I told him, no more surgery this year...emotionally & financially I can't handle it! He put me on a combination of entex and ditropan, which has helped the leaking tremendously. Anyway, I am upset with my gyne who did the original surgery, he has gotten the letter from the urologist (I know this because I called the office and asked). I want to confront him as to why I now have 3 prolapses and they are so bad...trust me, I know because I feel like I am sitting on an "egg" all day long..and if I lift, it is horrible. I don't know how to approach him without anger...I think he may have "missed" the rectocele and enterocele! Please give me a suggestion on how to approach him.

Thanks,
