Ginger has been used in pregnancy for gastrointestinal complaints in the
dose of Goinger root 250mg four times a day.
In an article by Fischer-Rasmussen W, et al. "Ginger treatment of
hyperemesis gravidarum". in the Eur J Obstet Gynecol Reprod Biol
1990;38:19-24 - there was NO increase in miscarriages AND 25 patients
studied went to term and all infants were normal.
Hope this helps and write back anytime for more information.
