They're saying they see something about two thirds of an inch next to the left ovary but not a a normal cyst - may have been related to a previous infection. Increased color doppler flow indicates the need to for more blood flow. The exact nature of the origin is not clear from the report and the possibilties are numerous. You need to ask your doctor what the "differential diagnosis" (possibilities) is and whether or not you need to persue this.
