What other tests should I have done on 10/2

I'm going for a 2nd opinion on 10/2 I've had post-pill amenorrhea for a year.

The progesterone challenge produces withdrawal bleeding. They drew blood and measured normal levels of prolactin (I don't believe that they measured progesterone or estrogen).

I'm concerned about my diet. Could some kind of malnurishment be causing this? I think being 5'6'' 118lbs is fine. (I've been that way since high school) Pre-pill, I had normal regular periods like clockwork.

What other tests should I ask them to do? Should they test for fibroids (isn't that what prevents your ovaries from ovulating?) Would a nutritional supplement help?
