I had the VERY same problem with certain BC pills. Mircette was one of them. The reasom why (for me anyway) was that it is high progestin which can cause vertigo or dizziness in some people. If Ortho Novum 777 didn't cause this you could talk to your doc about going back on it. Hope this helps, Anne
