4 day break after 63 pills? I'v eread in a lot of articles if a woman is tri-cycling with a monophasic oral contraceptive such as Ortho-Cyclen that after 3 consecutive (active only pills) she is onyl suppose to take a 4 day break and then start a new packet. I am curious as to why 4 days instead of the regular 7? After 4 days a woman would start her new packet on a wednesday which is something I had never heard of.
