Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: [Birth Control] Bleeding on the Pill" I have been on the Pill for 15 years and have tried several brands. This last brand Apri has been fine until this month. I have had a continuous period for the past 3 weeks. I normally have very light spotting for 2-3 days. It started 3 weeks ago with very bad cramps and diarya and now just bleading. I am ready to start a new pack and wondered if I should continue or just stop the pill or perhaps change brands again.
