in my experience, the pill seems to do the opposite, but what do I know? :-) As to your "problem", have you tried masturbating? Having a raging sex drive at 16 sounds pretty normal to me, but so is "helping yourself". At least it might calm you down enough to keep you from doing stupid things (that the pill would not protect you from)...
