This is getting REALLY annoying!

A little history, I am 25 and had an abortion about 2 1/2 to 3 months ago. About a month ago I had a pelvic exam to make sure that everything was OK, I also had another pregnancy test and it turned out neg. My last period was difficult, lasting for 2 weeks with LOTS of blood clots, some big, but no real cramping or loss of blood. Well, there was cramping, but I would usually get extreme cramping and blood loss with my periods and this one I didn't. My period FINALLY stopped about a week ago, but I am still getting intermitant (sp?) cramps and back pain, like I am going to have my period. I'm not due for it for another 2 weeks, if my cycle holds true to it's 28 days. I've also had some pain where I believe my ovaries are. Not all the time, but sometimes when I have to urinate, I will feel pressure where my ovaries are, but not always. Can someone help me out with this? My first period post-abortion was fine. A little more painful than usual, but I was told that was to be expected. The second period, this last one, started normal, but then turned strange, as I've stated above. My doctor doesn't think it's anything to worry about, but I am getting very tired of feeling like I have my period all the time. OH, when I went in for an ultra-sound, back in May, they said that my left ovary looked strange. Sort of pointed, but never mentioned it again. Any ideas? Is this still my body healing after the abortion or should I make an appointment with my ob? Thanks!
