Then that's the answer about the HPV. It can either be done as a separate test or if a thin prep pap is done, it can be done on the same specimen as a "reflex" HPV. The test you had is definitive, not speculation and not open to theoretical debate.

Nope.

In this post I now know that you had the separate HPV test so further testing with respect to that is unnecessary.

Not a problem is what it means - a variation of normal - not a disease.
