I'm interested to read others' opinions. My understanding is that pregnancy would be helpful for endometriosis only while you were actually pregnant. It is not a first-choice treatment for endometriosis, and I can't imagine insurance paying for tubal ligation reversal on that basis.

Tubal ligation can fail, and pregnancy can result, but it is very unlikely. If you are seeking pregnancy, I suggest you consult your gynecologist to discuss options appropriate to your situation.
