sln, Hello. I just had to respond to your post. 2 years ago I had an abnormal pap and was diagnosed with CIN3 and I found out I was pregnant, all about the same time. I too had a miscarriage. When I asked my dr if the miscarriage was a result of the dysplasia, he asured me that it was not. I hope this helps. Don't blame yourself for the miscarriage like I did.
