In reply to: jill: "fibroids under 30 yrs. old" Jill, I was diagnosed with several fibroids, one of which was very large (12 x 12 x 15cm) just before my 21st birthday! This was six years ago, but at the time I was told it wasn't common at that age (particularly in New Zealand!). I have no idea what caused it or why I had this so young (and probably never will)!
