Anti-Cardiolipin problem

Hi, I had a miscarriage earlier. Now i am 7 weeks pregnant. I have anticardiolipin higher than normal. My doctor put me on baby aspirin for the past two weeks. Now the doctor is asking me not to take it since the IgM is high but not the IgG. Should i stop taking baby aspirin? I am pretty confused since he asked me take it earlier.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.
