Thank you If a laparoscopy failed to reveal fibroids or endo last fall, you are not likely to have them, though there could be fibroids inside the uterus. I doubt that this is serious in the life-threatening sort of way, though the social cosst is very high. You need to see a gyn, but in the meantime, try this. Start taking Ibuprofen 600mgs every 6 hours (assuming that you are not allergic or sensitive, and do not have some underlying medical condition that precludes the use of NSAIDs), beginning 24 hours (at least) before the pain begins, and continuing on a timed schedule, whether you need it or not, until the pain would be expected to have passed.
