Wouldn't I be in Pain?

Hello,

I have a 7.5cm hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary. I was diagnosed with it 6 weeks ago. Since then I have had one period (which is just ending now) and I have recently started ortho-tricyclen. I have been feeling a lot better since the ending of my period. I am not bloated at all, I have decreased pain--almost non-exsistent, just really when I think aobut it.

If the cyst were to get bigger or remain the same, would I still be in a lot of pain? My stomach is completely flat again like it used to be...it was bloated for a while when I was first diagnosed.

When I was first diagnosed I was in the ER and had a shot of morphine for the pain--which didn't help. I feel that I have come a long when since then. Would it be normal for a person to feel this much better and still have the same size cyst or possibly bigger?

Thank you for your time, I couldn't find a question like this in the archives.

Cheers.
