Hi, ever since I had my child just over a year ago, I have been getting these cold flashes. Just like the hot flashes you get after delivering. I mentioned it to my doc and my thyroid was tested at 6-weeks postpartum and is normal. I am very healthy and work out an hour, five days a week. I am not over or underweight. This baffels me. I sometimes wear warm-ups, socks, a t-shirt,and a heavy sweater to bed and have to add up to three blankets and a heating pad. It sometimes lasts up to five hours. During the day, sometimes, even in all this heat, I have to wear a coat. It only happens about 4 or 5 times a month, but seems to be more since I lost my pregnancy weight (15 lbs). Other than that I'm great. Any ideas on what's going on?
