Re: Ablation Question

Jessie, I had an endometrial ablation about 10 years ago and have been very pleased. I would spot a little each month (nothing a mini-pad couldn't handle)but I avoided a hysterectomy. My only complication now is that I was diagnosed with breast cancer and am on Tamoxifen which increases one's chances of endometrial cancer. When the doctor attempted to do an endometrial biopsy, she found that the interior of my uterus was basically inaccessible because of scarring which had developed within the uterus. It just makes things a little more complicated. Otherwise, it's been great. Rita
