This is my 3rd pregnancy and I had this same problem during other two. I'm having lower pack pain. It's not so much pain as really really sore. If i don't move, It doesn't hurt. But just walking hurts at times. Is there something (besides icy hot or other cremes) that I can do to lesson the pain. And is this a normal part of pregnancy? I feel like my back is giving out at times, just above my butt, almost on my butt. Way low. It seems to hurt more when I am more active but is sore almost all the time by the end of the day.
