I've recently been taking a potent multi vitamin from GNC, and I've noticed that about two hours or so after I've taken the multi, my urine is a weird, almost neon yellow color. I was worried that the vitamins might be too strong and put stress on my kidneys or such. Or is that normal? Any thoughts? Also, for the first time in my life (I just turned 20), I have been having severe cramps (I can barely walk) with my period this week. Before now, I'd never even felt the slightest thing.
