Hello, I just had a complete hysterectomy on 6/18. On my pathologist report it states Adenomyosis, Leiomyoma, Secretory Phase Endometrium, Ovaries with(epithelial) serous inclusion cysts. What does Leiomyoma mean? And I take it the ovaries just had cyst, right? Sorry I forgot to ask my own doc this and thought you could help me. Thank you.
