Hi, I'm 20 years old, and for almost a week I've had a burning sensation when I uurinate, and the urge to go when I don't really need to. That seemed classic UTI, but I was worried because I feel a burning, tight, kind of itching, painful sensation in my vagina. I don't know if that's typical of a UTI b/c I've never had one before. I drank lots of water and cranberry juice for awhile, and that helped a bit, but now it's worse than ever. Please let me know what you think. In addition, what can I do to get better?
