A good protion of outcomes depends on the individual situation. Ifyou had USs that showed the development of the cyst, or itlooks like a hemmorhagic cyst on US, it may resolve spontaneously. If it does rupture, most times it causes sharp, sudden pain, then gets better over the next few hours. Rarely id there a serious problem wiht a rupture of a hemmorhagic cyst.
