There is a 2.8 x 2.4 cm homogeneous low density left adnexal mass probably representing an ovarian cyst or endometrioma. There is no free fluid in the pelvis. No adenopathy is seen. There is no evidence of ureteral obstruction. The bladder is unremarkable. The bony structures are intact. Thanks.
