I got an IUD one week ago. Two days later I started bleeding, and it has gotten progressively heavier over the course of the week - not alarming - like a normal period. Maybe it *is* my period....but I can't tell for sure. I'm three months post-partum, breast-feeding, and had not had a period yet. At what point should I be concerned about the bleeding? How long is normal and how long means I should call the doctor? Thanks.
