It was a pearly white substance. It was on my left nipple, and I started to squeeze the right one and what came out was like a drop of clear liquid at first and then the same pearly white liquid. About once a week I check to see if the same thing happens to both of them, and everytime I check the same white substance comes out. It doesn't come out on it's own, only when I squeeze them.
