What are the chances of a women in her 40's having endo. ca, or Ov. Ca. if she has had 3 of 6 periods be VERY VERY light, which isn't the the norm but having some brown spotting mid cycle since then. And some post coital bleeding only in the 2nd half of cycle. Last D & C 2/00 for thick lining.

Also if your periods are on time every month does that mean you are still ovulating? What causes a lining to get thick?
