I have never heard of an tract between the vagina and the adbomen (this term usually refers to the wall). Ther may be tracts between the vagina and the abdominal cavity (where the intestines are). Some symptoms might be constant vaginal drainage. An xray called a fistulogram can be performed if this is suspected.
