Breast Reduction

I assume most practitioners have seen lots of "altered" breasts, and have seen some well-done reductions and some crappy ones.

Are there specific questions or things to look for when evaluating a surgeon? How do you know what they consider a "good" result is in line with what you want to see?

I am considering a breast reduction, but have no idea where to start. ANy special concerns or considerations when selecting a doctor for this? Have most of your patients been happy with their breast reductions?

Thanks, A.
