I have just been on birth control for about 6 months now...and within the last 3 months I have been experiencing the worst yeast infections ever...they come along about 10-12days before my period and are very hard to treat...I have tried everything..they are just very persistant!! along with the yeast infections my armpit and groin area get very sore..I went to my gyno and she put me on some strong cream which seemed to work and again 10 days before my next period--all symptoms returned...I have also been diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance...I am currently not on any meds for this though..waiting for my next appt with my endo... My gyno did not seem concerned but can you tell me if it could be my hormones or my BCP's...It just seems strange that the same symptoms and that they are re-occuring at the same time every month...Please help me....
