Bleeding this heavy and this frequently deserves a thorough evaluation. an ultraosund can show if you have fibroids or polyps. A thyroid test can determine if this is a factor. You certainly should be checked to see if you are anemia.

if there is a family histroy of easy bruising or bleeding, and if you have these things as well, you should also be checked for blood clotting disorders like von Willibrands. Fibroids also run in families.
