Is it normal after a vaginal child birth. I noticed this a little while after having my child almost a year ago. I thought maybe it would return to normal with sit-ups. It hasn't and I'm not overweight, it is a flap of tissue right over the pubic hair. It makes me feel really self conscious. Anyway just wondering. Thanks!
