An embarrassing situation

I would like to know about a couple of things if possible. I am having vision problems, but just during my menstrual cycle. It takes a couple of blinks to get things clear, not all the time, it comes and goes but only during my cycle which usually lasts 7 days. I also cramp all month and have terrible mood swings. I posted and one of the nice Doctors said to see my gyn because of the pill, but I'm not on the pill because of migraines or any other medication for that matter, do I still need to see my gyn about this? We discussed the cramping but I have remained regular and did not see a need to go back. Also, the embarrassing part. I had a child 9 months ago and I had a few problems, my blood pressure was way up and I think my doctor wanted to get things over fast and I had an episiotomy (excuse the spelling). I think the placenta must not have been in tact, because she spent several minutes making sure nothing was left behind. Well then, I wouldn't stop bleeding and she had to massage my uterus for quite some time, and then when she stitched thighs up I could feel it, OUCH! I think maybe she rushed, cause things are way too large now. I have done sit ups, crunches, and keegals to no avail. My husband mentioned the size difference and I am soooo self conscious now. However, it should not be this bad, an exam used to kill me, now I can hardly feel it. Things were very tight before, sorry to be so graphic. Is surgery my only option? I am so upset about this, any help would be appreciated.
