Zyrtec (cetirizine) is a pregnancy category B drug. According to one prospective controlled study (Einarson A - Ann Allergy Asthma Immunol - 1997 Feb; 78(2): 183-6), there was no significant differences found between cetirizine group and control group in the pregnancy outcome: mean birth weight, mode of delivery, gestational age, or presence of neonatal distress.
