I'm sorry to say "Ya got me". I've not had a patient with this
constellation of symptoms. If the abdomen feels like it's tightening
and not just the pelvic region, my thougt is usually bowel related. A
recent article noted IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) may have some pelvic
symptoms incorrectly attributed to gyn pathology.
You may wish to consult a gastroenterologist about this after you speak
to your gyn.
