I am 30 yrs old and it has been 3 years since my 3rd (last) child was born. Since then,but more recently, I have the sensations of BH contractions. My abdomen feels as if it is tightening and then I have pressure in the pelvic, vaginal area. Two nights ago, I had this happen several times within a short period of time. (No intercourse involved when this happens).
