the likelihood of cancer at your age is extremely low -- not zero (it never is zero!) but very, very low. Also, your symptoms are not terribly ssupicious for cancer. Tehy fit more with a hormone imbalance or maybe endometriosis -- or a polyp or an infection

70 was on hte high side -- if it were 7 that would be low and would fit with lack of ovulation and hormone imbalance causing your bleeding pattern
