My cycles have been getting longer and longer each month. They went from 32 days to now 37 days. I have cramping all month long, spotting for 3-4 days before my period and then very heavy cramping for the entire duration of my period. I also have a tipped uterus. Intercourse is painful because if he goes deep enough it feels like he hits something. What do you think could be going on?
