I am 25 years old. I had a baby in Feb last year and breastfed him until January this year. I had my first period on Feb 9, it was very normal. My second period has not come and it is now March 23. I am getting worried. I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and it was negative. I asked the Ask-A-Nurse program what was wrong. They gave me two possibilities: one, I am pregnant but it sometimes takes the hormones a while to show up on the pregnancy test, or two, the fact that I just quit nursing has thrown my system for a loop and it will take some time to adjust. Well, needless to say the "not knowing" is driving me crazy!! Please help! Thank you.
