It depends on the kind of condition that is in the vulvar area. As for anything natural I am not aware of anything but I do think it would be a good idea to consult a dermatologist b/c that kind of itching that you are describing going on for 7 months without knowing what is wrong isn't normal. I have a problem with my vulvar area and it took about a year for me to get a diagnosis and a specific cause for my problem in the vulvar area. Please feel free to ask any time.
